IN THE PROBATE COURT OF BUTTS COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA ESTATE NO. 20-48 IN RE: ESTATE OF: Randy Louis Taylor, DECEASED PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION NOTICE To whom it may concern: Winnie Taylor Brown has petitioned for to be appointed Administrator(s) of the estate of Randy Louis Taylor, deceased, of said County (The Petitioner has also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.GA. § 53-12-261.) All interested parties are hereby notified to show cause why said Petition should not be granted. Consistent with Chief Justice Melton's Second Order Extending Declaration of Statewide Judicial Emergency dated May 11, 2020, the Court does hereby impose the deadline for objections in this case.
