STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of BUTTS NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from BETTYE TRAWICK to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DELTA FUNDING CORP. dated October 4, 2004, filed for record October 11, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 459, Page 123, BUTTS County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to HSBC BANK USA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4 by assignment recorded in Deed Book 893, Page 669, BUTTS County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated October 4, 2004 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($110,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at BUTTS County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2020, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 616TH G.M.D. OF BUTTS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING SHOWN AS LOTS 27, 28, 29, 30 AND 30-X OF SHADY SHORES DEVELOPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED FOR ROBISON, SETTLE AND ROBISON PREPARED AND CERTIFIED BY T. J. COLLINS, GEORGIA R.L.S. NO. 886, SAID PLAT BEING RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BUTTS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND SAID PLAT BY REFERENCE THERETO BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE CAPTIONED PROPERTY. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
